Off-Tasting Coconut Water Illness

Started last night and stomach ache even worse tonight, I drank half a can of "thirsty Buddah" coconut water last night that tasted off. The product tasted fermented. So far I haven't vomited but my stomach pain just keeps getting worse  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Nausea
