Rancid Chicken Tacos Illness

My husband and I got the chicken tacos at this restaurant and have been in the bathroom with all the reported symptoms above. Definitely rancid food or something sketchy going on in the kitchen  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
