I had coconut shrimp, ate at around 6:30 pm, got home started having diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting starting around 8:30 pm. - I was with a group of people hence why the receipt is so long.

I ordered the Homey Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I ate around 6pm. Around 4am I had my fist episode of diarrhea. Then I had another episode around 6:10am

Goat Cheese Dip Illness

We ordered the Goat Cheese dip and the two of us who ate it got violently sick.. I threw up within 2-3 hours after eating it, on top of that the restaurant was dirty.. I was sick all night and am still sick today.
