My coworker and i had a couple pieces of the bbq chicken pizza around 1:30 pm and both of us by 5:30pm were vomiting and cramping. This lasted for 8 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
