OMG Burger Illness Report

I ate the OMG burger around 7pm. Around 1am that night, i woke up with the worst stomach pain that I've ever experienced in my life. I had to use the bathroom 5 times in 2 hours and puked 3 times. The day after eating, i couldn't get out of bed except to use the bathroom at least 5 more times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Reuben & Fried Pickles Illness

Food poisoning Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, stomach pains. Almost 1 1/2 hrs afterwards. It ordered fried pickles as appetizers and had a Reuben meal.
