Watery Diarrhea After Chicken

I bought a two piece chicken dinner with fries and rice. The next day I had diarrhea and it is not subsiding two days later I will probably have to go to the doctor. It's a very watery diarrhea and I'm having trouble staying hydrated. I will have to go to the doctor.
