Today, I ate yesterday and since this morning I’ve been sick and have extreme diarrhea I think it’s the food I ordered last night I ordered pizza I’m just very sick (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and I have a fever since this morning)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
