Sudden Onset: Food Illness

Ate lunch here today and within hour and half feeling horribly sick. Nauseous first than vomit than diarrhea . I’m full of chills and gross feeling. I was perfectly fine and well when I went to lunch . Ran an errand and boom hit me like a ton of bricks.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
