I had for dinner and I ended up really ill. I ended up having diarrhea. The diarrhea was so painful, I had lightheadedness, nausea, and confusion. I'm not sure if it was food poisoning, but this is the sickest I've ever been in a long time, so I'd say it's plausible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Lightheaded, Confusion
