Almost died. Food was not prepared safely. Three days of extreme agony and misery. One week later, I've improved but still lingering stomach pain that will not subside. 100% positive of a litany of serious health code violations at this location  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
