Steakhouse Meal Causes Illness

We ordered with a friend last night, I had a steakouse menu, so a few hours later I started feeling nauseous, then quickly vomiting, pain and cramps, I am currently bedridden, seriously tired, in addition to my neuromuscular pathology, which aggravated the symptoms.
