Severe Reaction After Meal

Not even after 30 minutes of eating, within a two hour train journey I had to make multiple stops to the toilet and had diarrhoea literally bleeding. My stomach feels disgusting and having a lot of hot flushes and toilet breaks. Absolutely horrified. Never again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Bloody Stool
