I had some nachos at the American themed restaurant called Diner yesterday (30thMay2019) That is all I had for dinner and at 3:30 the next morning I woke up feeling sick. I vomited and had a little diorrear. Now I feel nauseous and have a little headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
