Nachos, Drink Cause Illness

Ate Nachos and had one drink. As soon as we got home and tried to sleep my stomach stopped me. I was up all night and then threw up out of my sleep. I was pretty much useless and uncomfortable for 24 hours straight. Did not eat, only sleep and fluids. It happened Yesterday and today , | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
