I made a purchase of a promotional combo, I decide to eat it on my lunch schedule and then at about 6 o'clock I start to have the symptoms mentioned above.
I would like them to raise awareness
For recommendations, I order my menu and being the first time I consume, that happens to me  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
