Had a large Big Carl combo a couple days ago and started immediately feeling nauseous. Now I’m having intense stomach cramps with vomiting and diarrhea. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location within the last few months.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
