Chicken Dish Causes Illness

1/10/26- I had the Pollo Rosa Maria that evening. I was sick about 15 minutes after eating and it lasted throughout the night. I presume the chicken was almost at the correct internal temperature as I was not sick for long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
