Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: not sure
Onset: Right away
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Ate a chicken taco salad Friday lunch March 29 and became ill that night continuing until and including Sunday night
