Food Safety Reports: Casey's, Fauna Road, Lebo, KS, USA

Ate a spicy chicken sandwich around 4 or 4:30 PM.. Was the only thing I ate since early morning. About 4 hours later...it hit. Lasted until 2:30 AM.
