I ate the chicken Philly sandwich combo from Charleys Cheesesteak restaurant on April 14, 2018, at around 2 p.m. The next morning I experienced diarrhea, fever, nausea, and vomiting. I believe I obtained food poisoning from the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
