Food poisoningSeptember 27,2018 from eating a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich at Chik fila, Destin Florida.Went to emergency at midnight on Friday the 28th. Severe vomiting and diarrhea. It is now Sunday the 30th, still feeling terrible, but on the mend.Taking Zofran every 4 hours for the nausea.…
