Thinking chicken nuggets My 10 yo son ate chicken nuggets at 7pm tonight for dinner. By 9pm he was crying and complaining of severe stomach cramping. Vomiting and nausea since.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness

Had a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich for lunch. An hour or so later I had stomach pains that were mild. After being out at the mall, I had to rush home as the pain was excruciating and I have had violent diarrhea all night.
