Airport Salad Causes Illness

At the airport. Had market salad that looked questionable. Also contained pineapple (see other report). Approx 12 hours later began vomiting, had diarrhea, and intense stomach pain. Only one in family to eat salad and only one to get sick.

Suspicious Chicken Causes Illness

21st and Maize. My son and her girlfriend ate there on Saturday July 15, 2017. Started vomiting and diarrhea 6 hours later. Reported to me that the chicken looked suspicious..(mushy and orange)
