Plastic in the food’ restaurant had been cited for no faucets a week prior. Teens were in charge and no one to report it to. Claim denied because I took food home and ate more not knowing there was more than one sliver of plastic that I found. I vomited up about 20 pieces when I got home.

Went there today 9/26/19 and have been feeling sick since. Definitely food poisoning.
