Chicken nuggets, fry, Chick-Fil-A Sauce and few sips of a sweet tea. Consumed food at 9:50ish Pm, woke up 1:00ish am with severe stomach cramps and Diarrhea.

Ate at Chick Fil A Monday (6/18/2018) morning for breakfast. When I woke up Tuesday morning I had a fever and fatigue. In the afternoon Tuesday started the severe diarrhea and feeling weak. All night Tuesday into Wednesday morning I’ve had watery diarrhea.

Close to ten o’clock last night, I had ordered some grilled chicken nuggets. They came out shortly after close, which was fine. I felt fine that night and woke up with the worst stomach pains around 5am. Went back to sleep to try to sleep it off…
