Went to Chick-fil-A across from Winter Garden Village on Wintergarden-Apoka rd. 45 minutes later extreme cramps and diarrhea. Went to ER last night as diarrhea and pains still persist badly. Frosted lemonade

Chicken Nuggets Cause Illness

Ate 8 chicken nuggets around 1:30 or 2pm today. Around 3:30 or 4pm began feeling abit itchy...ended-up with diarrhea, felt hot & sweaty then threw-up all(?) contents of my stomach. Feel better for sure now. This has scared my "off" from there...& that sux cuz I liked most of their offerings...
