spicy chicken sandwich at about 3pm eastern on 11/14/19 in Freehold, NJ, Ate the chicken sandwich and about 7 1/2 hours later I got nauseous and then diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
