Nuggets Cause Food Poisoning

My son ate some nuggets at night. The next day, she developed symptoms such as fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. The Doctor said his symptoms came from food poisoning. I tend to think it was those Nuggets.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
