As soon as I finished eating my chicken sandwich my stomach started hurting so I decided to take a nap and woke up throwing up and it's now been 6 hours and I'm still feeling horrible.

Chick-fil-A Meal Illness

Her only meal of the day, my daughter ate a Chick-fil-A Sandwich meal 3-12-2025 at about 7pm. At about 10pm stomach rumbling bloating. 11pm symptoms progressed to nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea and stomach cramping. All symptoms lasted for 4 days.

My daughter had chicken sandwich meal aroun 7 pm, 20 minutes later got a massive headache. Then started vomiting and headache doesn't stop.
