Thursday April 15th, Apple Valley MN location. I’m thinking the lettuces I woke up in the middle of the night violently vomiting and diarrhea and extreme stomach cramps. I’ve had diarrhea until today 3/24. Went to UC .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea, Stomach Pain
