Yesterday, my sister brought me a deluxe chicken sandwhich, large kale salad, and medium Arnold Palmer. I ate this for dinner and woke up at 4 am with nausea, vomiting, belching, and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
