Odd Syrup, Urination Spike

The didn't taste just right but not really bad , later I noticed the can looked black in places and the syrup was really thick at the bottom of the can . I didn't get nausea but I was up urinating all night in large amounts and my back was hurting.  | Symptoms: Nausea
