I purchased the Costco brand chicken nuggets a few weeks ago. I ate them for the first time on 2/26/26. I threw up a few hours later and then had bloody diarrhea for 3 days until I saw a doctor who prescribed antibiotics  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
