Had chicken caesar salad tues. afternoon at Costco, Palm Desert, Ca. deli. Woke with fever, chills, vomiting the next a.m. Extreme muscle aches, nausea, for the next two days. Noticed the salad dressing was darker than usual with different smell.....should have not eaten it. Live and learn.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain
