Within 90 minutes of ingesting one individual packet, I experienced headache and nausea first, followed quickly by vomiting for about an hour. Then that was followed by diarrhea. I had not eaten anything after the AG1 packet and the primary content of my vomit was AG1

I think just from the food vendors that you can taste. Diarhea all night. Ughhhhh
