Quesadilla Causes Severe Nausea

Had the Quesadilla with beans and chicken for lunch on Saturday. Within 4 hours I was in severe abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting. 20 hours later, it's mostly passed. My husband ate 1/4 of the plate and had a milder v version of the same.
