Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
Suspected source: Restaurant Dave’s hot chicken
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Additional information: Several hours after eating began to feel ill with repeated vomiting diarrhea and chills and also stomach pain
