Ramen Causes Severe Vomiting

My husband ate ramen noodles and woke this morning with a very distended abdomen,diarrhea, and violently vomiting. 1 person are it, 1 person affected, vomiting diarrhea and cramps all started 10 hours after consuming noodles.
