It literally took only 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and 4 bread bites to leave me feeling extremely nauseated and bedridden with stomach flu like symptoms for almost 22 hours after consuming it. This is now the 3rd time I've been sick from eating there and the longest.  | Symptoms: Nausea
