Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with mushrooms for my son last night on May 4th, 2024. He consumed the food around 9:30-10:00PM and woke up at at about 3 AM with projectile vomiting, explosive diarrhea, stomach pains and nausea and chills. He is still symptomatic as of 11AM…
