Ate for dinner, woke up with severe stomach cramps. Began projectile vomiting and having diarrhea non stop., 2 of us got sick with diarrhea and vomiting. We were the only 2 that ate the pizza. The pizza looked different than usual but we ate it anyway thinking it was nothing.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea
