Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: pizza
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: Several days
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: I ate the pizza Monday night. Noticed some stomach cramping and fatigue Tues-Thursday. Had awful cramping and diarrhea at 1am early Friday morning.
