Severe Illness After BBQ Pizza

I had a ranch bbq pizza from dominos and got severe food poisoning from it that caused diarrhea and vomiting for around 12 hours, and fever that carried on for an additional 24 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
