One of the only things I ate that day. At night I was dying of hunger and ate a pepperoni pizza from Domino's. I went to sleep peacefully, but woke up with nausea, diarrhea, and an absurd indisposition, in addition to lower back pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
