Ate a domino’s pizza 02/05/24 prior to a night shift. Did not eat anything during the night shift and did not eat anything once home in the morning. Woke up at 11.30am with severe diarrhoea, vomiting, chills, headache, nausea and fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
