I had a chicken and pepperino pizza. A few hours later knowing that I had drunk nothing but water and nothing else, I had a bowel pain and an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach, I had a surge of vomiting all the way into my mouth.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
