Friday the shop ordered pizza for lunch and my husband fell ill about 6 that evening and started throwing up and having diarrhea with cramping. It continued all day Saturday until Sunday he felt better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
