Tilapia Meal Causes Illness

At the tilapia meal and within 1hour began to have a stomach ache. Approximately 2 hours later I started to vomit and have diarrhea. This lasted for about 24 hours | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
