I ate at Fazoii's on Northland Ave in Appleton WI, at about 5pm fri Jul 6. I felt bad before I left, and had 12 hours of diarrhea, and felt bad all day Sat, and was weak and tired Sun. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Weakness
