12/3/2023 at 8pm Firehouse subs sandwich I ate half of a large sandwich and about 2 hours late I started feeling nauseous and vomiting about once an hour or so and the. Woke up in the morning with bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
